How to prepare for the session.
-
Please prepare a typed and printed list of questions to bring to your session. It can be helpful to organise your questions with health-related questions first, followed by your other questions in order of importance. For more guidance on preparing your questions, please visit the What to Ask page.
-
In the days leading up to your session, pay attention to any memories, thoughts, dreams or questions that naturally arise and make a note of them if they feel significant.
-
It is best to limit alcohol for 24 hours before your session, and to avoid excessive caffeine or recreational drugs on the day of your appointment.
-
If you already meditate, you may wish to spend a little quiet time meditating before your session. Gentle stretching can also be beneficial, as sessions are long and involve extended periods of relaxation.
-
Please make sure to eat before arriving, as sessions can last several hours. Some clients also find it helpful to bring a light snack for afterwards to help them feel grounded.
-
Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be lying down for approximately 1.5–2 hours during the hypnosis portion of the session. A blanket will be provided in case you become cold.
-
Most importantly, come with an open mind and a genuine willingness to trust whatever experience unfolds for you.

What to expect from the session.
-
Sessions take place in my peaceful home setting in West Wiltshire, creating a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe, relaxed and supported. You may also meet my resident cat, Cloud, who often quietly joins sessions and has become a comforting presence for many clients.
-
The session takes place in person and will likely last between 4 and 6 hours.
-
We will begin with a long chat where I can get to know you and understand the reasons for you wanting the session. I will ask about your life story, your important relationships, your career, your health, and the most significant moments of your life. We will also go over your list of questions. Everything we discuss is kept strictly confidential.
-
During the regression process, you will be gently guided into a deep and enjoyable state of relaxation. Your Higher Self will then lead you to a significant experience from your soul’s journey. Through this exploration, we can gain deeper insight into your present life experiences and any unresolved emotional patterns or challenges.
-
Afterwards, your Higher Self will address your prepared questions and offer insight into areas that may benefit from healing and balance.
-
It is important to allow the experience to unfold naturally without overanalysing it. At times, the conscious mind may try to rationalise the experience or dismiss it as imagination. However, imagination is often the language through which the subconscious communicates. The more relaxed and open you are, the easier it becomes to trust the images, feelings and impressions that arise. Many clients are surprised when listening back to their recording by the depth and meaning within the experience.
-
Once you emerge from the trance state, we will spend some time discussing your experience and memories. This also allows you to fully reorient yourself, wake up gently, and transition back into everyday awareness before returning home.
-
Before you leave, you will receive an audio recording of the hypnosis session for your reference.
What to do after the session.
-
Drink lots of water and eat some food to help ground yourself.
-
Even if you feel inclined to sleep right after the session, it's advisable to stay awake until your normal sleep time.
-
In the days following the session, try to rest and take it easy, as your body may still be in the process of healing and detoxifying.
-
According to Dolores Cannon, the "door remains open" for approximately three days after the session, so be attentive to any insights or dreams that may come during this period. You can also use this time to ask questions of your Higher Self and observe what revelations may come to you.
-
Listen to your recording every night before bed for at least the next three nights to help reinforce the healing process. The more you listen to it, the better your results will be.
